What's wrong with the Louis Vuitton brand?

I feel terribly embarrased for these poor people.

I just found these images on Bagsnob.com from LV's spring 2007 collection. Looks like Marc and the team might be moving in another direction?

The posts on bagsnob give them an absolute hammering - but I think the bags are really interesting. What do you think?

Looks like Bag Snob blocks their images from appearing on other sites.

I think the one is a bit interesting as an art piece...the one being the one with the blue leather handle...the denim one and the other shown are horrible and the "chinatown tote" is especially bad...why do I need a plastic bag that says Louis Vuitton? The shopping bag they put it in when you buy it is probably nicer....I mean J. Lindberg in SOHO uses bags like that as their shopping bag...not selling them!

I usually don't really like brands that put their ''tags'' all over but with louis vuitton I think it's still luxurious.
Otherwise, the monogram bags have been really faked to a point were I wouldn't buy it anymore.
Still not sure..because their new line of the monogram miroir bags are still so gorgeous to me.

They look a little tacky to me, but still beautifull.
I'm really not sure about ditching the monogram...

It's got quite a different look to it, but if you saw it on the street you'd probably think the person had a poor fake.
