For the Lads......

In searching for some new wheels for thre Spring Carnival, I decided to chance my arm down at the Aquila 2nds outlet in Bridge Rd, Richmond.

If any of you like Lloyds shoes from Germany, and you are a 42 or size 8, they act as an agent and sell Lloyds samples for NEW ranges - these retail at $395 usually, but I snared a black and dark brown/black seam pair both for $220.

If you aren't familiar with Lloyds, then go and get familiar.

Nice find Ollie! Llyods do some fantastic stuff. Does the Aquila outlet still stock Hudsons? I've seen Paul Smith in there before now as well.

Oh dear... I have so many shoes. So many I have worn to death and so many I dont wear at all! My absolute favourite pair are an oh so old and worn in set of chinese silk ballet slippers that get me too and from work. I wont post a picture of those though ;)

I am, however, eagerly awaiting the arrival of these:

(mine are just in the plain leather, not patent)

(I've been convetting these ones in my size for what seems an eternity)

Good 'ol USPS tells me they'll be here mid-next week.

I have many a pair of exciting shoes, most of which are uncomfortable but look fabulous ;)

I have a pair of New Rock boots (a Spanish line) that weight about 2.5kgs each I think. On account of the steel inserts and buckles and what not.

I always come home exhausted after wearing them out.
