Or labels?

Are there any celebrities who turn you off wearing a particular item of clothing, or a particular label?

Though they don't affect me directly, I can't stand seeing designer labels on some female reality TV stars, particular those obviously fake non-celebs out of the US such as Heidi Montag.

In fact, I despise seeing anything designer or luxury on any z-list, reality TV, upstart who have only reached public consciousness due to their distinct lack of class.

I don't think I would be turned off wearing a label because of a celebrity, however Lara "I'm a terrible role model for young Australian girls" Bingle wearing that gorgeous Prada dress to her engagement party made me pretty cross!

If i ever saw Pete Wentz wear anything designer, i would avoid that item of clothing for the rest of my life. And i have strong morales so that would laaast.

EDIT: Infact, if i saw Pete Wentz wearing ANYTHING i'd avoid it with my life.

Hahaha. No. For the same reason (I think) that Demelza Reveby is also a terrible role model. Because her inappropriate behaviour is rewarded with fame.

She was the 'other woman' involved in the almost breakdown of Brendan and Alex Fevola's marriage. And even though she only spoke for 10 seconds on one Australian Tourism ad before being dumped for the aforementioned inappopriate behaviour, she has since been popularised as an "Australian Icon" and is the face of Speedo, appears in Cosmo/Cleo etc.

In my opinion, behaviour such as bullying (Demelza) and lying/cheating should not be rewarded with positive fame. It puts it out there to girls that in order to be famous and successful, you have to do something to be noticed no matter how cruel or ruthless. Whilst I do agree that people deserve a second chance, Lara Bingle never publicly apologised or discussed the mistakes she has made, she just continues to grow even more popular..
