Well Apple has announced a new iPod Shuffle - much sexier than the last one (which looked like a USB stick with buttons);

Some specs on the new iPod (which is now the world's small MP3 player apparently);

The new shuffle resembles the iPod Remote control, and features a clip for easy wearability. The new model also features a USB 2.0 "dock" connector, which is required for connecting to a computer for synchronization and charging.

The shuffle will be available in one 1GB model for US $79, and will ship in October.

Damn Apple have a whole bevvy of things this Christmas, there's also a range of new Nanos. In colour, smaller body (how is that possible?) and from 2-8gb;

60G Video and it's already full! Got given a shuffle but haven't gotten around to using it.

Cool new nanos, still like the black one the best, will probably wait till they release the true video one...

iTV looks pretty good, but hopefully it will have some recording capability too.

I really like the new Shuffle, very convenient and excellently designed. The new Nano will grow on me - it's a mix between the Nano and the discontinued Mini. By the looks of it they've changed the casing to a brush steel, which means these will be a lot nicer in person than in the above photos.

I want the new shuffle...I don't even know what I'd use it for or even if I would but who cares, it is so cool looking.

Exactly my attitude :D The sad thing is, I can see myself having a few and using them for different stages. The new shuffle would be great for the gym, the video for when I'm travelling interstate and internationall, and the Nano for the rest of the times. :S
