My SLVR died. Completely. I dropped it on a scanner at the supermarket and it swiped the hard drive. I lost almost 300 numbers that I hadn't had the chance to back up (I discovered the dead phone when I was getting it out to back them up).
So now I'm on a quest for a new phone and I'm not sure which kind I'd like to get. I have to have one with GSM capabilities but my carrier has a really limited choice for stylish options. Any Reccomendations?
I fell in love with the Razr appearance - but immediately abandoned it due to extremely poor reception (suddenly 1 or 0 bars when/where I always had 3, 4 or 5 :-( and the phone book was poorly designed (each contact's phone number requires a separate line item).
I quickly returned to my Nokia 8800 - the most powerful phone I have ever owned with terrific reception (in most countries, very rarely do I have less than 3 bars) Perhaps T-Mobile is just a better carrier?
I agree with Xin .. the Nokia Aeon looks awesome!
I did a search on Nokia.com - and notta. The Aeon must be a guarded secret within nokia! Despite their great service ... T-Mobile does offer extremely lame models of phones ... no bling at all! Aeon is certainly on my christmas list ...
