If it is blended well it's barely noticable- just a subtle more-awake look, which reminds me I have to sharpen my eyeliners soon.

I never tried white eyeliner before but it looks like it would look good...

I use it. I don't use it a lot, but sometimes when I'm wearing a bolder eyeshadow it helps everything pop a little more.

I love the concept of the white eyeliner. It does open the eyes and it makes the whites of your eyes look even whiter. However, some white eyeliners are too white which can make you look a little strange. The trick is to find a liner that is more of a off white. champagne/white. The Benefit Mr. Frosty is good. You can even apply this to the inner corner of your eye for extra highlighting.
