Rachel Bilson. It looks tacky on the other chick, combination of bad hair, pink shoes and tacky accessories. Rachel has kept it simple and elegant.

I think this dress is waisted on both to be honest. they are both too young and too "passe" to wear it. I think someone with true elegance should be wearing it like Charlize Theron.

the dress itself sits better on the blonde (no idea who she is), but rachel has done the whole "look" better...but im gonna agree with toot- not the best on either of them..

I think Rachel looks too short for it. Tinsley Mortimer must be a bit taller - it seems a better fit. But I'm going with TootToot too - it would look much better on Charlize, she's the right kind of statuesque beauty to carry it off. So NEITHER for me.
