A prime example of the 'sheer trend gone wrong'. If I have to pick, I'd say Naomi because her hair covers her cleavage; boobs AND legs = too much.
I'd go Naomi mostly because, as awesome as Stephanie Seymore's figure is, it's sitting badly across the chest. Not a big fan though.
Stephanie made it non-sheer looking, which is good.
