I think that's a pretty fair assessment, the majority of men in Australia just still don't buy good quality / know how to dress, nor do they appreciate the ones who do dress well. I wonder how long it will take for that to change.
Post by GODandShoppingThat's a nice mix, I can relate to some of that myself.
wow good question - i'd say it's eclectic-iconic-melbournian
Bit of Dior, Balenciaga and Number Nine - throw in some vintage (well a lot haha) - and something obscure and random like Gaspard Yurkievitch, Comme Des Garcons or a drop crotch pant
and you're almost there. haha
yourself?

Do you think James. If anything i see the culture going backwards. I see the group of 17-25 year old still copying each other. No individulaity at all. And thats across all catagories of men, ethnic backgrounds, sexuality, etc. What Australia needs is more boutique style shopping rather than this overwhelming shopping centre environment. Bridge rd used to be great 5 or 6 years ago when it was little simple shops etc.Now its just more chain stores selling generic clothing. I dont think we will see a shift for quite sometime. But i say this to not only the men on this site but to the women. When you walk at the door you can inspire one person to look at themselves and wish to dress like you. How oprah!
