Ok, so im not happy about a particular aspect of my life. I have a new job and have to travel a rediculous amount from my place (I rent). I plan on telling my flatmate that i cant go from our place to work everyday as the distance is too far. Then I plan to move out.

Im not happy travelling and I know I can find a place closer and be much happier - so why am I procrastinating and why cant i change? Its human nature to be comfortable I guess, but if you know something isnt working why do you keep doing it?

I guess if your current place is in a better location, close to everything where you can go out all the time, its not that surprising that you want to stick around even though its a pain to get to work!

Your chooseing not to step out of ur comfort zone, while whats happening is a pain in the ass, ur used to it.
Decideing to take action is the first step, the next part is making the change, both can be intimidating as change brings new hurdels to get over and new siturations that you may not be able to take in to consideration.
Fear of the unknown perhaps, but think about it , if ur not going to do anything about it, thier is no point complaining about it. If you take a stand and decide to do something about ur problem by being pro-active, i think that you will be much happier with the end result and feel a sence of accomplishment once you have moved.
