Are these the ones Becky?

Good research. The ones we have are very similar just a bit rounder toe and higher heel in black or chocolate brown....I love Rocco P!

They're very cute, though I prefer the ones with heels. I have bought a pair of that kind of shoes last winter. They have a very high heel, they're slightly pointy, they're dark plum and they have a small concealed platform. I bought them because they remembered me of some of the runways shows for fall 06/winter07 (Balenciaga, perhaps). I see now that I was not mistaken! That trend has been around for a while, though not in the mass market.

The only problem I have with them is that they're half a size too small... I tried having them stretched, but it has not helped much. Not very comfy! I hope the leather will naturally stretch out.

They sound divine Eloise! Where did you get them? They do sound very Balenciaga! Such a great trend for those who falter in stilettos (ie. moi).

Yes, even though the heel is very high, it's much easier to walk in them because it holds the foot well. I had in mind Balenciaga, yes. I had seen those shoes last fall and I wanted some like theirs (cannot afford the real thing...). I finally found something that looked like the Balenciaga's shoes months later, near the end of the winter. If I reckon, I bought them at Nine West, on sale.
