i found it hard to find the time and money to go to a gym
time being the main factor. i mean 20 in drive there, 45 min workout, 20 min drive home.... thats nearly an hour an a half of time per workout.
my solution was to buy a home gym. cost me just under 2 grand but now im sticking to 30 mins every night. i tend to do it about an hour before dinner.
i work in sets of 3 with 10 reps of each workout per set. i dont take any suppliments though but i do enjoy a good sustagen a fair bit :p I have only started working out like this for the past month and already seeing and feeling gains in tone and strength.

Ive read and heard abit about colostrum. Basically yes it can be very very fatty. Alot of underweight people use it to put on fat BUT the flip side is that it is very similar to protein. If you dont use the energy ur putting into ur body, it turns to fat, if you work youself hard then you will gain large benifits from using it. I THINK (not 100% sure) it also is a healthy way to gain extra blood flow through your mucles during a workout and thus you can really work them harder. Also reduces the risk of cramp under heavy lifting ;)

Colostrum is breast milk and basically it's good for newborn babies because it heightens there immune system and helps them to regain their birth weight! But theres a reason women only produce it for up to 2 weeks after birth, because after that it's pretty useless!
I'm sorry Mr Man but being a mum to be the idea of fully grown men using it freaks me out just a little bit!
All I can think of is Little Britain and BITTY!

Hey all, Samantha i'm with you on the whole Colustrum freak out! However it has been proven to work for some people.
For me my workouts consist of 3-4 days weight training for strength and muscle growth and around 2 days light cardio, mostly powerwalking for 45-60mins.
Supplment wise i take a multi-vitamin, exra vit-c, Tribulus, Creatine and a good quality protein supplement with extra glutamine.

Wow. You all sound very active.
If i work out too much, i start to look unhealthy (think coke addicted celebrity look)

I play netball once a week, as GK im not doing much work though, and its more of a social 'chill the heck out' type thing for me, rather than hardcore exercise.

I will go to the gym about twice a week. No cardio, just weights. For muscle tone. I also eat anything and everything that i want... i love genetics!

I dont do any CV work. i go to the gym about 4 times a week and have been going about 7 months now, i do purely weight training and concerntrate on a dedicated body part every session. last night was arms and they ache now..lol...(sympathy appreciated from any female massarge specialists) my diet is fairly bland and consists of alot of high protein/low carb foods. chicken and fish is mainly what i eat. as well as alot of brocolli and protein drinks. i did one cycle of dianabol and winstrol about 3 months ago but found that there were to many problems (anger and impatience were the biggest) however i did notice extreme gains from such a short period but only about 60 percent of the gains are kept after the cycle stops. i really enjoy training and am willing to experiment with various forms of supplements and training methods.

I go for a run along the Esp. every morning. It's getting difficult to get out of bed early in the morning now that the weather is getting cooler.

Kiki - I tend to walk more when it gets colder. I hate going for a run in Summer. I also prefer to swim in winter too. I have a great indoor centre near me in the city.

I start tissu again next week and I also take a stretch class once a week. I dont particularly like yoga or pilates so I go to the local dance school where the class is pure stretching and focuses on flexibility rather than peace of mind.

I'm modelling for a life drawing class in just over a week so I will probably go mad on stomach crunches and lunges :P

i have 4 big dogs. they are too big to walk together so i have to do them one at a time. usually i do 2 one day, 2 the next, so thats at least 2 walks everyday. They are all big boys, so a 15min walk isnt good enough- usually between 45-1.5, twice. one early in the morning, one in the evening.
walking is the best excercise. and with my doggys, i've got no excuse not to do it!
plus they make excercise fun :)
and when i can be motivated i try to throw a few situps in there too.
