Work Out Routine

bike elliptical for 45 min per day, sit ups, leg lifts, arm excercises, hip hop dancing, ballet

I run about 4-5 miles (about 6.4-8k's) and some weights, push ups, and popping (type of dance, if you don't know what it is).
I have a question but is it better to run outside or is it better to run on the running machine?

Running outside (in an environment) is more difficult than running upon a treadmill due to the terrain (if running on a flat route); so actual environments are usually better to train with. A main advantage that treadmills have is the ability to control a set speed and incline as well as controlled calculations of your body (i.e. heart rates, calorie loss, etc). A trainer told me that an incline of 1-2 degrees on the treadmill may be suffice to match actual environment running (to compensate for terrain and obstacles).

I generally do a kettlebell work out at home 3 times a week, i play football once a week too, although I've just started doing that again. I love working out with kettlebells it's pretty intense although I could do with some more exercises.

Cross fit twice a week and runnning is very key...

eliptical for at least 15, then i do every other day top or bottom half and core everyday..lots of abs lol then eliptical for at least 0 mins after

Gym routine (six times a week):
3-5km treadmill runs (15-18 km per hour or mixed with 8-10 per hour at 10-15 degrees inclines)
30 minutes weight room (mixing cable pulls, bench presses, hand weight lifts, leg curler, overhead cable pull)
50 inclined situps (10 degrees)
30 balanced pushups (on one leg on a weird angle)
100 bench jumps (side jumps)
10 minutes stretch warm down

On weekends I add 30 minutes of kick boxing and double my treadmill runs and weight time. I used to take hiphop/pop dance choreographed classes as well once a week but my dance school closed that session so I replaced it with tennis, rollerblading or rockclimbing.

My workout Routine:

10 minutes of stretching.
15 minutes on the gym bike.
150 sit ups.
150 squats.
150 lunges.
15 minutes on the gym bike.
50 push ups.

And then I chill for a while, and before bed I do 30 minutes with a hula hoop.
