Was going to go to Fed Square, but can't miss an early morning meeting at work so am going to have a few hours sleep now before the game. If you are going, you better rug up. They still think they will get 5,000 there.

That's an awesome list - thanks Vad :)

The atmosphere in London is awesome. When England beat T&T last Thursday the entire city stopped. Actually, they stopped well before kick-off and every single pub was full to the brim. Afterwards there was a hell of an atmosphere.

It's a later kick-off tonight for England v. Sweden, but it would be just as enjoyable (as long as England win of course :D)

Can everyone please keep cheering Fernando Torres (Esp) to score goals. If he wins the Golden Shoe I'll shout the bar.

Sorry guys I only updated the scores today as I am getting ready for my law exam I didnt have much time. Over all this world cup looks interesting and not as predictable. Australia is going strong they put up a good fight against Brazil and the Ukraine vs Spain (0-4) where Spain wiped the floor with them. They came back against Saudi Arabia with a win of 4-0 so its a game of chance.

So fantastic at Circular Quay, Sydney today. A billion crazyhappy Aussies marching down George Street with cars, buses and trains beeping their horns in celebration. ABSOLUTELY NUTS =D

It's the first time Australia has gone through. What a confusing match it was though! I'm in Oxford at the moment, and everyone I was watching it with was confused as hell. #

One of the Croation's was yellow carded three times before he got his red! No idea what's going on there.

There were two other fouls missed as well (holding of Viduka and a hand ball) which the lines man failed to see. They really need to get four linesmen on the field.

As for Australia v Italy? that's going to be a tough one for Australia, and probably won't go in their favour. That said, it's great that they've gotten this far. Losing their coach at the end of the World Cup however, certainly doesn't gaurantee Australia a return any time soon.

Hopefully the match-fixing scandal will be a distraction to The Azzurri. We must start with our most attacking line-up from now on. My starting line-up (without Emerton):
Schwarzer
Chipperfield, Moore, Neill,
Grella, Cullina
Bresciano, Cahill, Kewell
Viduka, Aloisi
