ok guys so i have gotten myself a gym membership and im now attending religiously, its quite enjoyable once you get into it i must say. anyway i have some dilemas when it comes to looking good at and after gym

1. what do u guys wear to gym, i tend to stick to leggings and different singlet tops
2. makeup or no makeup?
3. the biggest problem of all, i go to gym everyday now and that means i must wash my hair everyday otherwise it looks dirty.. washing your hair everyday however is not very good for my hair, so what should i do?

would be great to get all your gym tips :)

2 - I'd say no make-up, or at least no obvious make-up. If you've got some mascara and eye liner left over from the day then so be it. But putting on make-up just for the occasion doesn't seem right.

3 - Have you tried a spray in shampoo?

leggings an singlets. no makeup because sweat + makeup isnt gonna be nice to your skin! also you're gonna look like a poser if your thier with gloss etc- mascara is ok, and clear lippie, but u dont need anymore. spray in shampoo is good, if you cant find that rub some talc into your roots and it will soak up the oil (just rub well and use a little at a time so you dont end up lookign grey!)
i'm signing up the the gym on monday, have a routine sorted out and i cant wait!

I recently saw Stella McCartney's Adidas collection in the flesh for the first time and I was incredibly impressed with it. I've started off with some trainers and plan to acquire more of her stuff when I have the money..
I wear martial arts style trousers (but lighter-weight) and singlets. I do wear make-up although I know it's crap for my skin. Only the waterproof stuff though, a melting face is never a great look.. As for hair, talc is my saviour!

You can always put it into your hand first ;)

lol kaz put a small mount on your hand and rub onto your roots- as you have dark hair it may look a little grey, but rub it in more and then comb and it should disappear!
