I didnt buy a pair last winter as I wasnt sure about the look on me, and also if it would stick around. Now I am thinking I do want a pair, but I am still a little concerned - not completly sold. I am looking at skinny high waisted not wide leg as I feel I am too short that they make me look a little stumpy... and although I am a bit unique in the way I dress I still like to look sexy as does every girl!

So what is everyones thoughts on the high waisted jeans? Do you think they will be sticking around? Do they look good? I felt the attention to my booty was a little uncomfortable but maybe that is what makes them sexy??? All opinions would be fabulous!!!

I would say if you're not that tall probably stick to skinny ones... I think the high-high-just-under-your-boobs waists have been a bit overdone now, so you could probably go for something moderate - belly button to waist height, and they'll last longer.

i have a pair that sit just over my hips, i tend to only wear them with shirts that go over them though...they are great for minimising love handles!

I'd go for belly button height, and a skinny pair. Flairs can still be pulled off, but I think that's only the case when a chick is quite tall and slim, thus the flaring actually accents the fact.

It can be, but it's too hard to generalise and it's also quite dependant on the wearer. On your figure Corrine, I'd say they'd definitely be hot.

as for me, even though I'm skinny, I'm also pretty short. wearing high waisted flares makes me look dumpy. I haven't ventured into high waisted skinnies quite yet. We'll see
