I was doing a little shopping today and came across a babrershop that had american crew products in the window... I remembered hearing great things about the product called 'texture cream' and I've used the american crew shampoo before and loved it, so I thought what the hell abd bought the stuff.

so now I've got a bottle of texture cream and I have no idea what it does (all I know is that it's a styling product.

anyone used it/know it/happen to be a hair stylist?

American Crew are great! With the cream, use a small amount and distribute into your hair (after towel drying it). Dry with a hair dryer. From memory it's great for controlling frizz and adding subtle definition.

I recently discovered (i.e. actually stole from Daniel) American Crew Fibre and I love it! I'd like to try the texture cream, let me know what you think of it. :)

I used the American Crew Fibre like I need it to live!
I've tried hundreds (no exaggeration there) products for my hair and nothing works better than the fibre...my sister steals it all the time too!

American Crew products are hugely popular in salon with both men & women. Apply a pea-sized amount of texture cream to towel-dried hair, distribute evenly and style as usual. It's basically a light hold styling cream which adds body, shine, texture and definition.

the texture cream is amazing!

I tend to use alot because my hair is particularly stubborn.

the cream give it a very nice glossy but natural looking shine.

it doesn't stiffen when dry and it's not greasy (does have a little bit of an oily texture but nothing noticable when touched)

the smell is clean like a shampoo or conditioner, some products I noticed are heavily fragranced, this one won't clash with perfumes or colognes.

the only possible down side is that it's hold isn't enough for my fringe but that's just my extremely thick and straight hair.

I feel like hijacking the truck that delivers american crew products.
I'm totallly sold on the brand, high quality and effective products

American Crew do some good work. If you like them, I'd also recommend taking a look at Sharps and Men-U.
