i need to buy a laptop and am quite clueless with these type of things
money isnt much of an issue as long as i get what i want

it must be;
small around 13 inch
light
quick
have a lot of memory
should look nice - but its last priority i suppose :( [ would be cool if pink ]
and must not be apple
i would like to also be able to make handwritten notes on it, like i am able to with my phone when texting people

where can i get a laptop like this asap!!!!!

I'm a little Apple inspired, but you're going to find it hard finding a good tablet that's pricey.

I was saving this for the bling thread but what the hell :P

Ok, now seriously if you want something that's good looking try looking at an ASUS laptop they're no Apple but they're 'ok' ;)

And on an even more serious note, don't ever buy NEC, they're just shit, customer service and parts.

i got myself a fujitsu T4220 tablet pc 2 months ago. its 12" black & silver powerfull and you can write and draw on the screen like its a note pad. if i wasnt too fussed about power to run all my graphics applications i would have gotten the toshiba R400 tablet. it is supa thin and light, has enough ompf for web browsing and word processing, and is in my opinion dead sexy. only down side is its pretty pricy but money isnt an issue for ya. it doesnt have a cd drive as everyone now days uses usb sticks. i would have easily gotten this if i didnt need the processing power. there is a newer better model comming out soon if you can wait that is touch screen so you can use your finger along side a stylus.

Dell are definitely good for a budget, but I've found that they tend to fall apart once the warranty is gone. I literally had bits fall of mine, like the letter D. :@
