I had the same feeling when I was working at the male model agency.

self consciousness

but now it's just because I feel really out of shape compared to when I was a gymnast.

what's the best way to build muscle.
diet and types of exercise
I'm not really into working out at the gym but really want to get some more exercise.

if nothing else just to manage stress

Definately - exercise is the best way to manage stress. My boyfriend has protein shakes and works out four times a week at the gym but im not sure exactly what machines he uses to be honest

depends where u want the tone. peks and shoulders u could really basically lay on ur back and lift anything lol

im personally all for a gym if u make it fun for urself. good music that keep u upbeat always works well.

swimmers have the best body! hop in the pool! or beach!! it's relaxing & works out all muscles :)
