You definitely reap wot you sow.
I have never read it, it hasn't given me any indication that it is a 'secret'.
I live by it every day of my life...its never been a secret, I got it when I was a child but have just in the last couple of years learnt to embrace it...and allow it to be positive for me!
I wake every day and I am grateful to be here, to be me and to be surrounded by all those that are dear to me...as I know all too well that it can all be over in the blink of an eye.
I believe that you are who you surround yourself with...it is a true reflection upon yourself & some people live in denial and some don't.
I also believe that just because you are spiritual or you find processes like 'the secret' it doesn't mean you grow wings and become angelic and life is one big pot of gold at the end of the rainbow...its a learning curve and can be what ever you want it to be if you are willing to embrace it and more importantly, allow yourself to embrace it. Its not about being positive all the time, its about being human & capturing it in your every day life...and allowing yourself to be true to none other than you.
People come about you any way, if its good to you then its good for you. Hahaha...go plump dj's.
But yeah, you come in contact with negative people no matter how positive you are but it is how you deal with it...how you absorb it, if you absorb it!
Other books that are good are:
Michael Rowland - Absolute Happiness (dpd Michael does courses which are valuable too)
Terri Hatcher - Burnt Toast
