Flair October 2008: Milkmaid Braid Hair Trend

Earlier this year we spotted an emerging hair trend for 2009; the milkmaid braid. On Flair Magazine's October 2008 cover, a gorgeous Alexandra Tomlinson sports this very trend.
Doe-eyed and with little makeup bar for berry red lips, Alexandra's hair is pulled back with a single long plait encircling the crown; the soft, feminine take on the milkmaid braid that places it firmly into the 2008-2009 trend.
