Just how does she do it? If Kate can't rock absolutely any hair-do in the world, then no-one can. When we saw her with a silky smooth new hairstyle, complete with fringe, we wondered whether her usual tousled bed-hair was gone for good. Stupid question really, and there she was at Fashion Rocks looking like your everyday sex-kitten, with dark eyeliner and bedhair notably evident again.
