Victoria Beckham gets pixie hair cut: trend

Victoria Beckham is not afraid to experiment when it comes to her hair; after famously starting the pob trend she has now moved on to another one: the pixie crop hair cut trend.

In wearing the hair trend Beckham has almost guaranteed that the 2008 hair trend will become a 2009 hair trend.

Of course, while Beckham created the pob, the pixie crop one hair style trend where she’s the follower, not a leader. Other celebrities to sport it include her close friend Katie Holmes, whose pixie-cut couldn’t, however, be described as anywhere near as daring. In fact, I’ve described as far too “play-it-safe mum” at times.

Thank God Victoria Beckham is at least willing to go to extremes!

Some people's wardrobes are about a small selection of pieces that all fit within one aesthetic - Tania Braukamper isn't such a person. With a wardrobe that spans three different rooms, her approach to fashion is a mixture of current-season key pieces mixed with vintage finds she's sourced on innumerous shopping trips around the world's more cultured capitals. Despite a disparate approach to shopping, Tania is adamant that the key to mixing vintage with new season is to stick to key looks and colours that work for oneself. And it's a theory that she works into her writing for, where she serves as the publication's Editor.
