The first time I brought you pictures of Kate Moss' bob hair cut they weren't exactly fantastic. But thanks to a busy social life, the hypermodel has provided us with yet more glimpses of the sexed up, bed-hair bob which is likely to have a big influence on 2009's hair trends.

You can't even see her face, and yet it's already being dubbed the kob. Such is the power of hypermodel Kate Moss that a new hair style precipitates new hair trends.

Victoria Beckham is not afraid to experiment when it comes to her hair; after famously starting the pob trend she has now moved on to another one: the pixie crop hair cut trend.

In wearing the hair trend Beckham has almost guaranteed that the 2008 hair trend will become a 2009 hair trend.
Almost a year ago, a platinum blonde Kate Moss was revealed on the cover of i-D magazine and Tania tipped it as one of 2008's hair colour trends for women. Well the hypermodel has done it again: will Kate Moss' peroxide blonde hair for her Interview photo shoot see peroxide blonde rank amongst other 2009 hair trends?

Some are likening it to the hairstyle of Dr Spock. But we think Agyness Deyn's new 'do is more like a modern version of the 1920s Louise Brooks bob. Fringes, platinum blonde shades, and cropped styles have all been big hair trends in 2008, and we're tipping Agyness' new look may just make it as a trend for 2009.
It's one of this year's biggest hair trends. Stemming from last year's 'pob' but branching out in a variety of ways, yes, it's the bob. Hayden Panettiere is the latest starlet to chop her blonde locks into a chin-length concave bob.
There's a lot of misery in the world. We're often stressed and depressed about what's going on around us. That's why I do quite love the concept behind a new competition from Dove, called 'The Fresh List'. The idea is to enter a photo of yourself doing something that refreshes your spirit - something that makes you happy, relaxed or that's just plain fun.
This is a rare sort of competition where everybody wins. Well ok, only one person gets the $20,000 - but how can you lose when you're doing something you love? Money or no money, it's a good way to remind yourself of life's little pleasures. Visit the Dove GoFresh Website to enter.

The competition is in celebration of Dove's new Go Fresh range.
There have been so many designer collaborations in the past few years it's been hard to keep up. But though we've seen many a clothing range or fragrance, it's Sunsilk that have done something truly unique: designer hair-care. SunSilk was the first haircare brand to collaborate with fashion designers on a range last year - and in 2008 they've brought a limited edition of three more well known Australian designers to the shelves.

Peter Morrissey, Collette Dinningan and Alice McCall are this year's star attractions to the Sunsilk brand.
The fringe as a hair trend comes and goes - which means for many people it will inevitably, at some stage, result in the question: what to do with your fringe when it gets to an awkward length??
Trust Kate Moss to give us the answer. Or one possible answer at least.

Australian singer Kylie Minogue has joined the growing list of people to wear 2008's hair trends pairing the bob> with the fringe.
