The Fake Karl Lagerfeld

The Internet is a fun and exciting place, and one of the newest internet memes is fake [insert celebrity name here]. We already have fake Steve Jobs and fake Stephen Colbert, so it was only a matter of time till someone from the fashion industry received the same fake treatment.

Alas we already gave it away in the title, I'll just come out and say it: Karl Lagerfeld was probably the best choice. After all, who could possibly be more amusing?

Sadly, fake Karl is only a series of tote bags from Café Press that pale in comparison to bags from Karl Lagerfeld's Spring/Summer 2009 collection. Moreover, it's unlikely that a fake Karl could out do the real thing, if these select quotes from Karl Lagerfeld are anything to go by;
