Marc Jacobs quits Louis Vuitton

After 16 years at the helm of Louis Vuitton, Marc Jacobs has announced his departure. Jacobs is reportedly leaving to focus on the public listing of his own brand.

The next big question on the fashion industry’s lips is, of course, who will replace Jacobs in the high profile role. Rumour has it LVMH have their eye on Nicolas Ghesquière. Watch this space.
