The classic 'Wayfarer' style sunglasses became a celebrity staple in 2007 and a sunglasses trend in 2008, with Sienna Miller, the Olsen Twins, Nicole Ritchie and others regularly stepping out in them.
Celebrities Wearing Wayfarers
Though remembered by many younger generations as an 80s icon, the Rayban Wayfarer has a much longer history. Since 1952, they've been immortalised by the likes of Marilyn Monroe and Audrey Hepburn, through to Bob Dylan, Andy Warhol and Madonna. Risky Business, with Tom Cruise, revived the dying brand in the 1980s.
