Industry Experience
I began rhythmic and acrobatic gymnastics and dancing, at the age of six and followed this through until I was 16. At age 12 I began acting in school plays and dancing/performing in the Australian Rock Eisteddfod Challenge every year. At 16 I began dancing and during 2000, was chosen to dance for the Sydney Olympics at the Soccer Gala Opening Ceremony. After completing VCE I furthered my acting and dancing training at Bartuccio Dance & Promotion completing Certificate III in Commercial Dance & Musical Theatre in 2002. During 2002 I began working with Channel 7 on a reality show called The Club where I was a cheerleader/performer and a guest speaker on The Rex Hunt Footy Show.
I then completed a Diploma in TV Acting & Drama in 2006 and have had a great experience in acting and extra roles in Australian TV shows such as Neighbours, Rove Live, and Secret Life of Us. I have also had extra roles in commercials such as Office Works, Blackmores, and Maggi, and a featured extra role in Hamish & Andys Real Stories.
Modelling (including Presenting and MC work)
Along with acting, I have a great passion for modelling and TV presenting. I recently worked with Channel 31 on Noise TV and Monash TV Associations presenting and conducting interviews with entertainers, artists, performers, and students. In November 2007 I wrote and conducted my own fashion segment titled Whats Hot for the Monash University TV Association. Ive also had MC experience presenting our own book launch of pendulum in 2007 for Chishlom Institute of TAFE at Berwick, Victoria.
I began modeling at the age of 16 where I created my first folio, and often modeled for photo shoots during secondary school and hair shows. I began furthering my career by completing a Diploma in Modeling, where I learnt catwalk and make-up techniques. In 2003 I modeled for the summer 2003 Surf Dive & Ski Catalog, V-line Customer Service Boucher and Official Ripcurl Store Grand Opening fashion parade in Melbourne. In 2007 I modelled for the Motorola Melbourne Spring Fashion Week for the official launch of Quoc Luus fashion range Zenzero and recently for his new product rage and website.
