Hi,

At one time I lived accross the Mayflower Hotel at the LaSalle, and really miss DC, as well as evening dancing at various beltway towns like Silver Springs, or Arlington.

What are, in your opinion are the best of the best within the magnificent beltway of DC cities. Moreover, and to let you know, at the Sonesta Hotel Lounge ( name is possible changed-its the Hotel with the Rotating dome closer over the hotel's swiming pool near Logan Circle )is where James Brown had a prolonged engagment which he in turn used for the second debut of his 1970s hit, " The Sex Machine " and where at the sametime he created the dance genre of the same name which later became knwon as Hip Hop. Thus DC and Hip Hop have a heart beat connection, and now I teach students what he taught me.

Yours,

RMC
