Often futuristic visions lean to the dark and dystopian, but not Felix Lammers‘. Giving a futuristic spin to this shoot of Zuzanna Stankiewicz, Lammers creates a bright, clean, almost sterile environment where each image is infused with a cool glow. Marko Matysik’s styling hints at some ideas for using spring 2012′s trends to create that vision of cool futurism: metallic gold and silver, mesh fabrics, and architectural shapes are key. Meanwhile one of the year’s most noticeable, unusual and yet surprisingly understated beauty looks – sequins dotting the eyes – is an accompaniment the shoot challenges you to be bold enough to emulate.
