Allure magazine may call them ‘tailored shorts’, but Stella McCartney‘s teeny silk cotton bottoms have a hemline that’s definitely more akin to hot pants. We would say, though, that Stella’s are some of the most sophisticated, office-ready hot pants going – perfect for toning down the daring length by way of a high-waist and elegant fabric.
