Treats! magazine poses under no illusions as to what it is. It’s sensual, erotic, and proudly so. While only up to its second issue Treats! has already set an expectation for sumptuous visual content that’s as sexually charged as it is unique. While often that translates to bright colours, modern concepts and bold interpretations of fashion and nudity, in this instance there’s a particularly breathtaking darkness to the chorus-girl lineup of vintage style dames.
Steve Lyon’s photography is flawlessly sensual. Rather than taking on a raw unprocessed quality its every shadow leans towards the dramatic, to the cinematic. Starring Judith Bedard, Kamila Wawrzyniak, Zhanna Haven & Roza, Filles de Nuit (‘Girls Night Out’) is a winning treat from what looks to be a promising second issue.
