Anna Dello Russo: on or ahead

I’m yet to determine whether Anna Dello Russo is a fashion trend setter or merely has her finger so completely on the pulse that she always starts wearing a trend when it’s actually in its infancy. Here she is, again bang on trend, a women’s tuxedo interpretation of 2011′s bell bottoms revival.
