Anna Feller: sporty to perfection

In the opening shot from this photo series, model Anna Feller gazes down the camera lens beneath long lashes and blonde eyebrows; with a sensual pout and a cigarette at her mouth, and a dangling crucifix at her ear. The title text reads Saint Anna. As you’ve probably guessed by now there’s nothing really saintly about it. Photographer Taylor James – who we’ve featured a few times recently – expertly captures Anna’s striking poses and come-hither stares; while styling by Mila Franovic exemplifies the sexy tomboy look we described as being key to 2010′s sporty fashion trend.

Chest and shoulder pads across a grey jersey bodysuit are the best example of sporty tomboy cool. The shoot also features some tough and seriously shredded ripped denim.

Some people's wardrobes are about a small selection of pieces that all fit within one aesthetic - Tania Braukamper isn't such a person. With a wardrobe that spans three different rooms, her approach to fashion is a mixture of current-season key pieces mixed with vintage finds she's sourced on innumerous shopping trips around the world's more cultured capitals. Despite a disparate approach to shopping, Tania is adamant that the key to mixing vintage with new season is to stick to key looks and colours that work for oneself. And it's a theory that she works into her writing for Fashionising.com, where she serves as the publication's Editor.
