Ashley Smith, dreaming of the desert: weekend watch

Do you ever dream yourself away from the daily grind and into a fantasy land? Surely we all do. In this film for Honor NYC, Ashley Smith dreams herself as a Desert Queen, the ruler of a vast and empty kingdom that she can roam; a personal playground. But the film asks the question of whether that fantasy part of us can become real.

Todd Cole directed the visually beautiful piece of film.

Some people's wardrobes are about a small selection of pieces that all fit within one aesthetic - Tania Braukamper isn't such a person.
