Beautiful movement: sunray pleats & McQueen shoes

Sometimes there’s that one photo, the one that stands out and takes your breath away… and you just know the photographer stopped and shouted, “That’s it! That’s the one.” (Well you can guess they did, anyway). Alyona Osmanova with her hair dyed peroxide blonde in line with 2010′s hair trends in a fluttering Gottex sunray pleat gown and Alexander McQueen‘s sci-fi monster heels. It’s just one of those shots.

The rest of Christian Anwander‘s shoot is beautiful too, with styling by Chloe Kerman that’s perfectly modern and on-trend. Click on the gallery below to view the shoot in full.

Some people's wardrobes are about a small selection of pieces that all fit within one aesthetic - Tania Braukamper isn't such a person. With a wardrobe that spans three different rooms, her approach to fashion is a mixture of current-season key pieces mixed with vintage finds she's sourced on innumerous shopping trips around the world's more cultured capitals. Despite a disparate approach to shopping, Tania is adamant that the key to mixing vintage with new season is to stick to key looks and colours that work for oneself. And it's a theory that she works into her writing for Fashionising.com, where she serves as the publication's Editor.
