Cara Delevingne: a model less ordinary

Cara Delevingne has presence; in a room that included the likes of Kate Moss and Kate Bosworth, Cara still turned the majority of heads. Despite that fact, she remains a model wholly underused. Yes, she may have more or less become the de facto face of Burberry in the minds of many a consumer, but it remains that few photo shoots featuring her reach a major audience. M Magazine changes that for August, however, featuring the striking blonde in their A Life Less Ordinary pictorial.

Bold in its approach to colour, the editors define the shoot as conceptualised around “extreme structure [moulding] the body into a dramatic silhouette.” I’d put it another way, suggesting that, due to its bold hues, M Magazine’s A Life Less Ordinary is not a photo shoot likely to immediately inspire your fashion choices, but in a period where pink hair highlights are in this is a pictorial that offers up something different all the while painting Cara Delevingne in a new light.
