Cyan Reign at High Fashion, High Tea 2009

We've given you a run down of each designer that graced the catwalk at 2009's High Fashion, High Tea - well, all but one anyway. Last but not least, here is the coverage from the uber-talented Cyan Reign who blew us away with her edgy, unique pieces.
Designed around the theme of an insane asylum, Cyan Reign's runway show was a true fashion spectacle - including a theatrical metamorphosis of one model being unzipped from a heavy floor-length dress to reveal a bodice of vivid floral lace. Other stand-out pieces included an amazing one-sleeved sheer black tunic with ruffle detailing; and a raw-edged animal-print tiered miniskirt. Reign's menswear pieces were also perfect for the fashion-conscious male - edgy, yet highly wearable.

There aren't too many alpha-females out there and, though she might deny it, Tania Braukamper certainly exudes their qualities. A keen eye, a focused approach, and a wardrobe spanning three rooms have made her one of the savviest of dressers.
