One of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had of purchasing a magazine was the purchase of a particular Conde Nast title that, at the height of Kate Moss mania, featured the then-hypermodel on the cover. And that was it. Insider the magazine’s cover was no pictorial featuring the model. Nor were there any pictures of her. Her named wasn’t even printed. Purchasers of the latest issue of Numero magazine may know what I’m talking about. Despite featuring model Edita Vilkeviciute partaking in the lingerie as outerwear trend, she is allegedly nowhere to be seen within the issue.
If it is of any consolation the cover itself doesn’t disappoint courtesy of its featuring of a lace slip dress from the Dior Spring 2010 collection.
