Diane Kruger is one of those people who’s twice as gorgeous in real life; petite, natural, effortlessly stylish. Vanessa Jackman tends to agree, having snapped this photo of her in New York after the Jason Wu spring 2011 show.

This is an outfit that’s perfect inspiration for elegant day-to-night dressing. The mix of textures and fabrics (lace, sheer, silk, embellishment) all lean towards eveningwear, but the slim silhouette and effortless hairstyle keep the overall feel relaxed.
