Being able to throw rainbows of colour into a single outfit and somehow have it end up looking purposeful and coherent takes a certain skill. Stylist Ekaterina Mukhina must have been put on this earth with that very skill, which came in handy for this shoot in Elle Russia’s April 2010 issue. Isa Asklof models outfits that are teeming with bright colours and cutesy details yet manage to stick to the whimsical side rather than being overly girly. There’s lots of prints, from patterned pants and tights, to printed silk jackets and Miu Miu‘s dainty patterned heels.
