Finding fashion shoots that don’t feature high heels (right now, anyway) is as like finding vintage Chanel in a charity store bargain bin. Pretty darn rare. But what’s this? Hannah Holman for Vogue Nippon’s May 2010 issue, filled with female dandy touches like bowler hats and man-style brogues. The knee high socks add currency and cool. Score one to comfortable footwear.
And by the way, that’s not to ignore my absolute love and addiction to ridiculously high and impractical heels. Just that when you do take time out and wear flats, there are fashionable ways to do it. Your thoughts?
