There really was never any question that the first cover of the new year would be from Vogue Nippon – their rapidity is unrivalled. Dubbing their first issue of the new decade as “Icons Forever” they’ve decided that top-earner Gisele Bundchen perfectly embodies the sentiment.

Though with 2011 more then a month off and a monumental Fashionising.com Christmas still on the way we’ll beg off proclaiming it the new year just yet.
