Smoky, light-filled, hazy with movement and long exposure times. Sebastian Kim’s work for Numero isn’t the kind that’s crisp and instructive. It’s evocative. It feels like bright city lights in the distance as you watch them from a moving vehicle, or like flames flickering in the dark.

And amongst the spinning impressions of imagery there’s yet beautiful styling to be seen. Halo-like blonde waves are classically styled against a hint of fetishism at the hand of Charles Varenne, while some shots – glittering stars or wide-leg jumpsuits – hint at the glamour of the 1970s.

Maud Laceppe’s makeup looks are worth paying attention to, even if we don’t expect blue lips to become a burgeoning beauty trend any time soon.

Some people's wardrobes are about a small selection of pieces that all fit within one aesthetic - Tania Braukamper isn't such a person. With a wardrobe that spans three different rooms, her approach to fashion is a mixture of current-season key pieces mixed with vintage finds she's sourced on innumerous shopping trips around the world's more cultured capitals. Despite a disparate approach to shopping, Tania is adamant that the key to mixing vintage with new season is to stick to key looks and colours that work for oneself. And it's a theory that she works into her writing for Fashionising.com, where she serves as the publication's Editor.
