1960s fashion back as a trend. A captivating biopic about the career of Serge Gainsbourg. These two things in tandem created an environment where Gainsbourg and Jane Birkin were inevitably going to re-enter the imaginations of the fashion world and find their way, through some interpretation or another, into editorials.
First it was a faithfully styled shoot in Trunk Magazine. This time it’s model Stacy Martin with Birkinesque doe eyes and a fringed hairstyle, posing alongside actor Benedict Samuel, in New Zealand’s Remix Magazine.
