News our of New Zealand this morning finds a Loveable lingerie advert starring Miss Universe 2006, Australian model Jennifer Hawkins, banned from in the country.

The advert, which also features a stuffed rhinoceros lucky to be the attention of Miss. Hawkins, has appeared in New Zealand with the the headline “Feeling horny?”

Lovable’s divisional manager Dianne Lane said the brand was “bemused” by the airport bosses’ response.

“Our campaign is really tongue-in-cheek and playful. We’re surprised they took offence because we haven’t had a complaint here,” she said.

“It wasn’t the imagery they objected to, but just the word horny.”
