Wearing an emerald green floor-length gown from her Kate Moss for Topshop Spring/Summer 2009 collection, Kate Moss joined Sir Phillip Green at the launch of Topshop’s new flagship store in New York last week. Kate teamed her frock with elegant diamond chandelier earrings, but then added her trademark rock-chic cool by way of a black leather jacket.
