Their hair was long and unruly. They had become at one with their surroundings, adapting to the elements. Wrapping and layering themselves to protect from the cold and the darkness. They lived amongst the clay, the moss & the thick dark undergrowth.
Inspired by thoughts of cave dwelling unkempt humans, Kirrily Johnston designed her Autumn / Winter 2010 range with a definite infusion of rawness. It’s a collection with androgyny as masculine and feminine elements merge, though we’re assured a focus on quality takes precedence over all else.
Layering, rich colours, sheer fabrics and knitwear make this an appealing collection for some soon-to-be-needed Winter warmth.
