Lily Allen does a pretty good job of staying in the spotlight. Pictures from her campaign for Chanel have now come to light – shot by the inimitable Mr Karl Lagerfeld, they show Lily posing in monochrome outfits and tiaras that scream Breakfast At Tiffany’s.
