You can’t look past Herve Leger when it comes to the cut-away bikini trend, and Lindsay Lohan seems to know it. She wore Leger’s red bandage bikini at her 23rd birthday celebration last week. But while fringing as a summer shoe trend is still going strong, Lindsay was way off with her black fringed heels – the shoes looking far too heavy for her otherwise light and beachy ensemble.
Lindsay managed to be photographed in a number of outfit changes across the day, including some ripped denim cutoffs and midriff-baring tops.
